SRLYN Perching Seat

The SRLYN Perching Seat is well-suited to applications such as adjustable height workstations or raised work counters and assembly lines. It offers you a large 14.2" wide by 12.6" deep contoured seat better suited for longer periods of use than many other stools. The seat is adjustable from 5° to 20° from horizontal, making it work for sitting, perching, and leaning. The seat height adjusts from 26.4" to 35.8", and can accommodate individuals from 5'6" to 6'6" and taller.

The SRLYN Perching Seat features a heavy-duty tubular steel base that offers a limited footprint to reduce the risk of tripping by passersby while still providing stability. Large nylon glides engage the floor to ensure secure positioning of the seat. Small rollers incorporated into the rear glides and the convenient handle that is integrated into the seat enable you to easily move the seat between workstations. The unique design of the heavy-duty textured black tubular steel base maximizes stability while also greatly reducing the risk of tripping for passersby.

Use of seats such as the SRLYN can reduce muscle fatigue and encourage circulation in your lower back, torso, and legs by permitting you to relax those muscles when sitting, perching, or leaning. The more upright positions of perching and leaning also minimize the effort required to return to a fully standing position while providing you with a greater range of motion and greater reach than does a standard seated position.
