RISON Leaning Stool

A robust industrial quality seat, the Rison Leaning Stool is durable, adjustable, functional and easily sanitized. The heavy tubular steel base is equipped with large nylon floor glides to ensure stability with cushioned comfort supplied by a height adjustable gas spring. RISON seats and back rests are formed from firm self-skinned polyurethane foam that is resistant to most cleaners, making it ideal where regular cleaning may be required. Raised texture bumps ensure a secure seating position and offer improved comfort.The RISON seat tilts from 5° to 20°, making it suitable for sitting, perching, and even leaning. Height adjustment is via the gas spring, using a simple hand lever that locks the seat at any height within the range. Two height ranges are available, offering solutions for individuals ranging from 4'5" to well over 6'. A back rest model is also available for those 5'2" and over. Backrest height and angle can both be adjusted independent of the seat height and angle settings, letting each person easily customize the settings for their particular usage.Note: The back on the RLS-B-11120 has a 2.5" deep curvature in the middle, is 14" wide, and has fairly firm edges. Some users with broader builds may find the back on this model too narrow and deep for a comfortable fit. A more suitable option for these individuals may be the EZSIT Leaning Stool that offers a larger cushioned seat and back rest.
