When looking for seating that is suited to those of larger builds, the options are extremely limited. ErgoVerse is pleased to offer two styles of seat that are both rated to support up to 440 pounds (200 kg). The RSTMOR Drafting PLUS Chair is one of these.
Specifically designed to meet the needs of people with larger builds, the RSTMOR features heavy duty dual rectangular steel tube construction and large seat and back surfaces. In addition, both the seat and back rest are heavily padded to offer a greater degree of support, with the back rest having only a slight curve to better accommodate those with broader builds. A folding, height-adjustable footrest with moving footplates provides a place to rest while encouraging regular movement of the feet and ankles.
The back rest, seat and folding footrest are easily adjustable to create a chair that is both functional and durable. Separate handwheel friction locks secure each of these at the desired height. The RSTMOR also offers you the option of sitting at a greater height than traditional chairs, greatly reducing the stress which repeated sitting and standing can put on the knees. For people with a larger build who are working in a warehouse or assembly environment with raised counters this seat can enable them to reduce the load on their legs and joints while still being able to reach the work surface. The chair is also easily stored, taking up less than 12" of depth once folded.

Thickly Padded Seat and Back
Both the seat and back feature over 2" (5 cm) of polyurethane foam padding with an easily cleanable imitation leather cover. The above average padding thickness and the larger dimensions of both the seat and back provide a comfort level for larger individuals that is not generally found in industrial seating. Of course, while designed with larger builds in mind, the greater dimensions and padding levels also make this seat very comfortable for anyone.
Heavy Duty Construction
The RSTMOR features a dual rectangular tube frame for extra strength and carries an impressive 440 lb (200 kg) weight rating.
Height Adjustable
Seat, back and foot rest are all height adjustable, each with a separate handwheel locking mechanism.
Adjustable and Storable Foot Rest
The adjustable height foot rest features pivoting foot plates, encouraging ankle and foot movement throughout the day and ensuring a comfortable angle of support at all times. The footrest also folds back out of the way when not desired.
Easily Movable
A large integrated handle and integrated rollers on the back feet let you easily move this seat between locations. The rollers are intended for use on hard floors but will also work on short-nap carpets as well.
Foldable
