Microdesk Document Holder / Writing Surface
The Microdesk Document Holder and Writing Surface gives you more room to work with an elevated secondary work surface between the keyboard and the monitor. The Microdesk is formed from heavy-duty transparent acrylic and is designed to bridge across the rear edge of the keyboard. This creates a stable, adjustable-slope platform for hand-writing tasks, as well as supporting your documents, books, mobile devices and other workstation essentials such as calculators or sticky notes. By simultaneously providing convenient inline access to materials and to the keyboard, this multi-function accessory enhances workstation comfort and convenience. You can avoid the discomfort of twisting to the side, or of reaching over the keyboard to write; or the inconvenience of having to move the keyboard aside whenever you want to jot down notes.
There are two widths of Microdesk available, the Regular (22") and the Compact (17"). In addition a Step Side Accessory is available which lets the Microdesk "step down" to the lower level of a multi-level desk (or to a keyboard tray).

Generous Worksurface Dimensions
The Regular Microdesk accommodates all current standard keyboard widths and provides plenty of space for convenient reading and writing.
The Compact version, at 17" wide by 12" deep, accommodates compact and all-in-one keyboards up to 15.75" wide. Both models can even serve as a stand for most laptops and tablets.
Two Configurations Available
Microdesks ship with the "Standard" sides that provide a variable positive incline which typically is best for single height worksurfaces. If the Microdesk is to be used on a split level worksurface or with a keyboard tray, purchasing and installing the Step Side Accessory Kit allows the front of the Microdesk to be "stepped down" onto the lower level. Adjustable-Height Legs
Leg heights are infinitely adjustable, allowing you to precisely set the slope of the platform as needed, and to raise it to the most suitable height.
Sturdy, Lightweight and Transparent
The Microdesk easily supports heavy reading materials and the weight of a forearm, yet is light enough to reposition with your hand. The clear acrylic allows you to see papers and supplies stored beneath the Microdesk, or to see the keyboard if the Microdesk is positioned directly above it.
Non-Slip Feet
Rubberized feet ensure secure positioning in either configuration mode.
Two Paper Ledge Depths
Two sizes of paper ledge (10" x 0.25" and 10" x 0.75") allow you to choose between a shallow or thick ledge. At 10" long, and centred along the lower edge of the platform, the paper ledges allow ample space on either side of both versions for left and right-handed individuals to rest their forearm as they write. Ledges can be swapped out easily but remain securely in place during busy work sessions.
Non-Slip Ruler/Line Guide
The included removable line guide helps keep you oriented in the text, while also serving to keep loose papers in place.
